PROCEDURE & PRICE
1. Buyer issue ICPO to Seller with banking information.
2. Seller issue FCO to buyer, Buyer countersign FCO and send back to seller with a letter of acceptance of procedure and conditions of transaction.
3. Seller issue draft contract open for amendments, Buyer countersign contract and return to seller.
4. Seller sends Final and approved contract in PDF format to buyer, Buyer and Seller lodge contract with their respective banks.
5. Buyer presents its import permit /Certificate, Buyer also provides documentary details of its storage booking and Discharge port, after confirmation of the documents, seller issue to Buyer PPOP
a. Refinery export permit
b. Company license
c. Certificate of product
d. Passport of product
e. Certificate of Origin on buyer name
f. Refinery Statement of Availability of the Product
g. Tank Receipt
h. Dip Test Results
6. Buyer instruct its Bank to send swift ready willing and able message (RWA) to seller’s nominated Bank via MT 199 and seller’s Bank will respond with readiness to issue 2% PB, and confirmation of full POP and the delivery guaranty by swift MT 199.
7. Buyer’s Bank issue BG MT760 to Seller’s Bank with seller’s verbiage as POF to seller’s nominated bank of 10% of the first month trial shipment.
8. Upon received of scanned copy of buyer’s BG MT 760 Seller Bank Swift 2% PB and Full POP Documents to seller via bank to bank swift.
a. Copy of the charter party agreement to transport the product to discharge port
b. Copy of shipping schedule document
d. Notice of Vessel
e. Copy of port storage agreement
f. SGS report for quality and quantity
g. Refinery commitment to supply
h. Tax Registration Certificate
i. Dip Test Authorization with a 5days Validation
j. Tile Transfer
9. Seller transfers the product to Buyers destination port.
10. Buyer makes the payment via any acceptable means of payment.
